- Ovulatory Phase (Day 14): Rapid secretion of LH triggers LH Surge, causing rupture of Graafian follicle and release of ovum (Ovulation).
- Luteal Phase: Ruptured follicle transforms into Corpus Luteum, secreting high levels of progesterone essential to maintain endometrium.
